Week 6 of this transfer! We are so excited to WELCOME to the mission Elder and Sister Archibald from Idaho! We had a great week finishing the interviews and preparing for transfers. There is a feeling of gratitude to think that we are all together sharing in this great mission experience with our missionaries, families and friends. The love and support of prayers and encouragement for each other in the mission is a wonderful blessing. This mission family just keeps growing!

Our new couple Elder and Sister Archibald at the Accra Airport.  We are grateful that Elder and Sister Sorensen made the drive in!

You see it here.....the last of Harmattan for 2020.  The way to describe it...after 3 years...thick, dry and sandy!

Some weeks are ones that are hard to put into words! We have had incredible interviews, miracles have happened in finding the elect and we have welcomed 11 missionaries into the mission. Our 11 missionaries were serving in the Liberian mission but because of economic problems the missionaries were relocated. Lots of emotions when this happens but our prayers are with all in that mission and we open our arms and hearts to welcome them to the Cape Coast Mission. We felt of their spirits and the love they have for the gospel. The greatest blessing and testimony is that we are all dedicated to sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ! This is His work and we are His disciples.

As we travelled through the Western Region this past week we have noticed that Harmattan is slowly leaving. It has been the thickest we have seen in the time we have been in Ghana! We had our couples conference also during the week. How grateful we are for the 2 couples we have. We had a wonderful time together. On Saturday and Sunday we were blessed with the opportunity of being with Elder and Sister Nash, our Africa West Area President. It was a blessing to be a part of the Mpintsin Stake Conference. Each day we are grateful to be a part of this great work. We have the best missionaries and we love them! We are also grateful for the prayers of family and friends. We feel those prayers of love and support. Thank you!

Mpintsin Stake Conference

At the end of the conference Elder Nash brought up all the children and youth he had shook hands with and it was powerful when talking about how the Savior ministered to the children.  The new programs in the church for the primary age and youth will change their lives here in Ghana!  Grateful to a living prophet who leads this church and continues to receive revelation for each of us in our lives!
